For whom you work (the seller) Answer Can you say what I say to the seller? (Answer if benefictial for sale and the seller hands over the money).

My story: I met a real estate agent you trust, and that I am very honest of him. Actually found a house that I loved and the sale was contingent upon on the homepage by test engineers. During the visit he had told Ms Envirodude: "I love this house so that I would pay for the test engineers from me."

Now, after a price negotiation, get haggling over the closing costs the owner of a work is all done except the engineers report (a $ 250 price at the time). The seller will not budge.

Then I remembered my assertion.

Ask the seller a disclosure, auditing (both structural and plague), the cost of closing and analysis, and what percentage of your estate is responsible, expects to collect on the closing.

2) How old are the parts (roof, furnace, oven, etc.)
3) Is it or the seller may have made an inspection failure
4) If I was a janitor there?
5) is the title proper


MAIN POINTS OF ADVICE FOR 1st TIMERS! Get a buyer agent !!!!! It costs you nothing and gives the commissioner and they are where they search for you!
